Bradford “Luke” Ledbetter of Austin is the CEO of the Kestrel Group. He previously served as executive vice president and chief underwriting officer at State National Companies. He is a member of the State Bar of Texas. Additionally, he is a member of Providence Church. Ledbetter received a Bachelor of Arts in Plan II Honors and a Juris Doctor from The University of Texas at Austin and a Master of Laws from the University of Cambridge.

Robert (Bob) Borochoff of Houston is owner and CEO of Café Adobe Restaurants. Since 1982, Borochoff owned many historic Houston eateries including Boston Sea Party, Dave's, and The Back Bay. He was the creator and producer of the iconic Party On the Plaza and Funday In the Park music series in the eighties and nineties and owned one of the largest catering businesses in Houston during that time.
