Vince E. Puente, Sr.

Vince E. Puente, Sr. is a proud native and resident of North Texas. He is co-owner and President of Marketing and Sales for Southwest Office Systems, Inc. In his current role, Mr. Puente handles all aspects of the sales, marketing, public relations and liaison with the manufacturers SOS represents. In addition, he has joint responsibility for the financial aspects of SOS.

Mr. Puente received his formal education via Fort Worth ISD and the University of Texas at Arlington. He believes in active participation within his community. In addition to his service to the Finance Commission of Texas, he is a member of the board of directors for the YMCA of Metropolitan Dallas, board of directors for Dallas Regional Chamber, and board of directors for the Tarrant County Prayer Breakfast. In recent years, he has served as the Chairman of the Fort Worth Hispanic Chamber of Commerce as well as on the Board of Directors of Fort Worth Chamber, North Texas Commission, Casa Manana Theater, Big Brothers Big Sisters-Lone Star, Greater Irving Chamber and others.

His family - wife, Mona, and his children, Vincent Jr. and Lindsay – is far more important to him than any business accomplishment he could ever desire. Vince and Mona are active in local, state, and national politics as well as various community organizations. They are active members of Christ Chapel Bible Church.
