Larry Patton

Mr. Patton is President and CEO of Bank of the West. He is a board member of the El Paso Branch of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas, a member of the Risk Management Association, and a past board member of the Texas Bankers Association. He is a member and past board chair of the United Way of El Paso, an advisory board member of the El Paso Hispanic Chamber Educational Foundation, and a member of the University of Texas at El Paso 2014 Commission. He is also a past board member of El Paso Hospice and El Paso Hospice Foundation, and a past board member and past chair of the El Paso Hispanic Chamber of Commerce and Child Crisis Center of El Paso. Mr. Patton received a bachelors’ degree from Eastern New Mexico University. He is appointed for a term to expire February 1, 2014.
